The use of this website and services on this website provided by Registrationsaustralia.com.au (hereinafter referred to as "Website") are subject to the following Terms & Conditions, all parts and sub-parts of which are specifically incorporated by reference here. This Agreement shall govern the use of all pages on this website (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Website") and any services provided by or on this Website ("Services").

Age Restriction

You must be at least 16 (Sixteen) years of age to use this Website, or any Services contained herein. By using this Website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years of age and may legally agree to this Agreement. We assume no responsibility or liability for any misrepresentation of your age. For all communications, you must provide correct First name, last name, date of birth, tax file number, ABN, business name, company name, address are 100% true and correct.

  • POI for individuals

    We’ll need to establish your identity by asking you a number of privacy questions and verifying details from one of the following identification documents: 

    • Australian birth certificate
    • Australian passport
    • Australian citizenship certificate
    • ImmiCard
    • Australian driver's licence or learner's permit
    • Medicare card
    • Australian marriage certificate
    • Change of name certificate
    • Australian visa with an overseas passport.

    Individuals or individual associates of an entity that aren’t Australian residents for tax purposes must provide two current POI documents.


    One of these documents must be a primary document from the list below.

  • Primary documents

    Primary documents include:

    • Foreign birth certificate
    • Foreign passport
    • Australian birth certificate
    • Australian passport.
  • Secondary documents

    Secondary documents include:

    • National photo identification card
    • Foreign government identification
    • Foreign marriage certificate – if this document is provided to verify your change of name, it will not be classified as a second document
    • Foreign driver's licence – the address on the licence must match the home address you provide on your application.

    If you have changed your name, you must also provide another document that shows the change, such as a marriage certificate, deed poll or change of name certificate.

    If your preferred gender is not reflected on your identity documents, you must provide a document that indicates your preferred gender, such as an amended birth certificate or a statement from a registered medical practitioner.


    We accept certified copies of original POI documents. Copies of documents in a language other than English must also include a written translation of the document. We may not return certified copies of documents unless you request us to.


    Where an individual associate has a TFN, and it's provided on the TFN application, we don't require POI documents for that individual. By law, there is no requirement for an individual to provide their TFN, but this will make it quicker and easier to process your application.

Accuracy of Information

Occasionally there may be information on the Website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to user descriptions, pricing, availability, promotions, and offers. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms and conditions at any time and for any reason. We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information on the Website, including, without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied on the Website should be taken to indicate that all information on the Website or Services has been modified or updated. Please ensure that you check the applicable Terms every time you use our site so that you understand which Terms apply. You will be subject to and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted the changes in any revised Terms and conditions by your continued use of the site after the date such revised Terms and conditions are posted.

A. Credit Card

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Credit card information is never stored anywhere on our premises or online server. Credit Card information is transmitted securely using 256bit encryption.


B.  Eway

Select Ewayon the order form. Your order will not be processed or shipped until payment is received and verified. You will not be able to modify your order once it has been submitted.


C.  Electronic Funds Transfer

You also have option to request for our Australian Bank details and transfer payment to Bank account.


D.ZIP Money

We also accept Buy now pay later option from Australian based ZIP money and merchant payment.

  • Return Policy

    • We do not refund money, because some of our services are real time, some are automated and link to others integrated software and process immediately. And also some services committed to process as soon possible.
    • Please remember this is a registration site, tax and bas process and submit.
    • In unusual circumstances if we agree to refund, we will deduct 10% of total payment for our services involve, marketing cost and merchant payment process.

  • Exchange Policy

    We have NO exchange policy – it is service based and no product is subject to return and exchnage.

    We will exchange items only if the value of the item(s) you are returning exactly matches the value of the item(s) you want to exchange them for.

  • Discounts

    We do not offer any discount, unless it is mentioned inf form. If you cant see payment discount in payment step, it means no further discount you can expect from us.

Promotional Discounts

  • We do not provide Promotional codes

    Occasionally, promotional discount codes can be found in print or online advertisements, sent via email, or available through other events or medium. These codes are normally used to receive a percentage discount off your order. This discount is applied after all other discounts. Promotional Codes may be discontinued at any time without notice. If you have a coupon, please scan it and send it via our email. Not all coupons will be honored, it is imperative you submit a valid coupon for our approval prior to making any purchase/s.

  • Technical Service

    You may contact us with your technical questions on our Contact Us page. Note that we receive a lot of emails and sometimes difficult to keep up with them. Keep your emails as brief as possible, long emails may not be answered. If you do not know how to register for the ABN or TFN offers please contact us immediately, we will offer support upon request.

    Before 28 May 2012, the Australian Business Register (ABR) collected names used by entities to carry out their business activities. The ABR displays these names as trading names, but trading name records have not been updated since the national business name register commenced on 28 May 2012. Trading names do not meet the requirements of a registered business name. If you want to trade under a specific name, you need to register it as a business name.
